Sets are arbitrary collections of artists, records, and articles. They could reflect anything: a geographical region, a style, a period, an attitude. The following have been defined. Given that the associations are extra maintenance work and are often subjective, the following lists are likely to be incomplete. Please notify the webmaster with any corrections or further suggestions.- Africa: Artists from Africa.
- Dance/Techno: Dance/techno.
- Hip Hop: Hip hop.
- Jamaica: Artists from Jamaica and reggae-identified artists worldwide.
- Jazz: Jazz, including fusion, excluding vocals.
- Jazz/Vocals: Jazz and popular (pre-rock) vocals.
