I like the way "Mongoose" grafts polyrhythms onto hard rock, and I'm pleased that they utter the word "revolution" with some notion of what it means. But like so many comrades they confuse the utterance with the fact. Propaganda requires cunning--for starters, Stan Bronstein could stop singing as if the Establishment is standing on his foot. C+
