In the forefront of a U.K. drum 'n' bass "revival" unlikely to resonate Stateside the way it does in the mother country, the latest EP by this 23-year-old half-Jamaican vocalist-beatmaker is songful dream-pop with an Africanist underpinning, atmospheric rather than groove-propelled.
